Reminders are automated notifications triggered on specific dates to alert stakeholders about important contract events. Common use cases include:

  • Contract expiration alerts – Notify teams before a contract ends to initiate renewal discussions

  • Renewal notifications – Remind contract managers to begin renewal negotiations

  • Milestone alerts – Track important contract phases or deliverables

  • Compliance deadlines – Ensure regulatory or audit requirements are met on time

Key Features

Up to Three Reminders Per Contract:

  • Each contract can have a maximum of three independent reminders

  • Set different dates and recipients for each reminder

  • Customize the subject and message for each notification

Flexible Recipient Selection:

  • Send notifications to one or multiple users

  • Select any Jira user who has at least reader access to the contract

  • Ensure the right people receive alerts at the right time

Customizable Messaging:

  • Use dynamic variables to personalize notifications

  • Include contract-specific information automatically

  • Tailor the message to the purpose of each reminder

Automated Processing:

  • The system automatically checks for due reminders and sends notifications

  • Reminders transition through different statuses as they're processed

  • All reminder activity is logged in the Audit Logs for transparency
