Creating Contract Reminders

Reminders are created and managed from the contract's detail view in the Reminders tab.

Step 1: Access the Reminders Tab

 

  1. Navigate to the contract detail page by clicking on a contract name from any contract list

  2. Click on the Reminders tab (marker 1) to view all reminders associated with this contract

  3. Click the + New Reminder button (marker 2) in the top-right corner

If no reminders exist yet, you'll see the message "No reminders found for this contract."

Step 2: Fill Out the Reminder Form

After clicking + New Reminder, a creation form will appear with the following fields:

Once you've completed all required fields:

  • Click Create (marker at bottom right) to save the reminder

  • Click Cancel to discard the reminder without saving

The reminder will be added to the contract's reminder list with a status of SCHEDULED.
