Settings
Configure and manage critical application settings, user access, and system monitoring.
The Settings section provides administrative controls for the Vendor & Contract Management application.
Settings Navigation:
Settings are located in the left sidebar under a dedicated "Settings" section
Each settings page (User Management, Attachment Storage, Audit Logs) is accessible via the expandable menu
Who Can Access Settings?
Only users with the Vendor Administrator role can access the Settings section. This role provides the highest level of permissions, allowing users to:
Manage user access and roles
Configure attachment storage
Monitor system automation and audit logs
If you need access to Settings and don't currently see this section, contact your Jira administrator or an existing Vendor Administrator to request access.
Quick Reference
User Management: Grant or revoke Vendor Administrator access to control who can manage vendors, contracts, and application settings.
Attachment Storage: View and configure the secure Jira project used as a vault for storing all encrypted contract and vendor documents.
Audit Logs: Track automated reminder processing, verify system health, and review the success or failure of scheduled tasks.
Settings Overview
