Contract Details View

The Contract Details View provides a complete overview of a specific contract. It allows users to review key information, track contract status and financials, and access related features such as attachments, reminders, comments, and history.


Accessing the Contract Details View

To open the Contract Details View:

  • Navigate to Contracts > All Contracts

  • Click the contract name in the list
    or

  • Open the Actions (⋯) menu and select View

 


Contract Overview Header

The header section displays a high-level summary of the contract:

  • Vendor: The supplier associated with the contract

  • State: Current contract status (e.g. Active)

  • Dates: Contract validity period (start date → end date)

  • Paid Amounts: Amount already paid compared to the total contract value, shown as a progress bar

The Actions (⋯) menu in the top-right corner allows you to:

  • Edit the contract

  • Get Link: to copy the direct vendor URL

  • Delete the contract (available only for contract with state Draft)


Details Tab

(Covered in Screenshot 1)

The Details tab is selected by default and displays the main contract information, including:

  • Contract Manager

  • Business Owner

  • Contract Mode

  • PO Number

  • Payment Terms

  • Total Amount

  • Paid Amount

  • Mode Information (if available)


Reminders Tab

 

 

The Reminders tab displays all reminders associated with the contract:

  • Reminder subject

  • Scheduled date

  • Status (e.g. Scheduled)

  • Available actions via the Actions (⋯) menu

The New Reminder button allows you to create a new reminder for the contract.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab allows you to view and manage documents linked to the contract:

  • List of attached files (document name, format, creation date and Actions)

  • Add Attachment button to upload a new document

Activity Section

(Visible at the bottom of Screenshot 1)

The Activity section provides full traceability of contract-related actions:

  • Comments: User discussions and notes related to the contract

  • History: Audit trail of changes and actions performed on the contract

This section ensures transparency and accountability throughout the contract lifecycle.
