Update a Vendor
Updating a vendor allows Vendor Administrators to keep vendor information accurate and aligned with organizational changes. The plugin provides two intuitive ways to edit a vendor, depending on your workflow and context.
Only users with the Vendor Administrator role can update vendor information.

Expand the Vendors section and select:
All Vendors
Active Vendors
or Inactive Vendors
(1 – Vendors navigation)
In the vendors table, locate the vendor you want to update.

Option 2: Update a Vendor from the Vendor Details View
This option is recommended when you are already reviewing vendor information or managing related contracts.

In the Vendor Details View, locate the three-dot Actions menu in the top-right corner of the page.

Editable Vendor Information
When editing a vendor, you can update fields such as:
Vendor name
Service type
Criticality tier
Vendor manager
Location details (country, state, city)
Other vendor attributes available in the form
All mandatory fields must be completed before saving.
Vendor Status Behavior
Editing vendor information does not directly change the vendor status. Vendor status is updated automatically based on the statuses and dates of associated contracts.
