Contracts Overview

Contracts Overview

The Contracts Overview page provides a centralized view of all contracts managed within the application. It allows Vendor Administrators to quickly monitor contract statuses, filter large datasets, and access contract-level actions.

This page is designed to give full visibility over the contract lifecycle while enabling efficient navigation and management.

1. Contract Navigation

On the left-hand navigation panel, under the Contracts section, predefined contract views are available:

  • All Contracts: Displays all contracts regardless of their status.

  • Active Contracts: Shows contracts that are currently active.

  • Inactive Contracts: Displays contracts that are not active.

  • Draft Contracts: Lists contracts that are still in draft state.

  • Expired Contracts: Shows contracts whose end date has passed.

These views allow you to quickly focus on a specific subset of contracts without applying manual filters.

The main area of the page displays the contracts table, where each row represents a single contract.

The table provides key contract information, including:

  • Contract Name

  • Vendor

  • Contract Manager

  • Total Amount

  • Paid Amount

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Contract State (Draft, Active, Expired)

  • Actions

The table can be sorted by column headers to help organize contracts based on your needs.

You can filter contracts by:

  • Contract state

  • Total amount range

  • Start date range

  • End date range

Filters can be combined to narrow down results, making it easier to manage large volumes of contracts.

  • View Attachments: Access documents associated with the contract.

  • Edit: Modify contract information.
