Vendor Details View
The Vendor Details View provides a complete and consolidated overview of a vendor. From this page, Vendor Administrators can review key metrics, access detailed information, manage related contracts, and track activity such as comments and history.
1. Vendor Summary Cards
At the top of the page, summary cards provide a quick snapshot of the vendor’s current status and financial overview.
These cards display:
Number of Contracts associated with the vendor
Vendor State (Active or Inactive), automatically calculated based on contract statuses
Next Payment Related to the Vendor, if any upcoming payment exists
Paid Amounts, showing the amount already paid compared to the total contractual amount
This section allows you to immediately understand the vendor’s engagement level and financial situation.
2. Vendor Details Tab
The Details tab displays the main descriptive and operational information related to the vendor.
Typical information includes:
ID
Created By
Created On
Service Type
Criticality Tier
Vendor Manager
Country, State, and City
Current Vendor Status
This tab serves as the single source of truth for vendor metadata.
3. Contracts Tab (Vendor Contracts)
The Contracts tab lists all contracts associated with the selected vendor.
From this tab, you can:
View all related contracts in a structured table
Review key contract information such as:
Contract name
Start date and end date
Total amount
Paid amount
Contract state (Draft, Active, Expired)
Contract Actions from Vendor View
Each contract row includes an Actions menu, accessible via the three-dot icon.
Available actions include:
View: Open the contract details page
Edit: Modify contract information
Delete: Remove the contract (if permitted)
This allows quick contract management without leaving the vendor context.
4 & 5. Activity Section: Comments & History
At the bottom of the page, the Activity section enables collaboration and traceability.
It contains two tabs:
Comments:
Add comments related to the vendor. You can mention users using@usernameto notify them.History:
View a detailed audit trail showing all changes made to the vendor and who performed each action.
This ensures transparency and accountability across vendor management activities.
6. Vendor Actions Menu
In the top-right corner of the page, the Actions menu provides vendor-level operations.
From this menu, Vendor Administrators can:
Edit the vendor
Get Link of the vendor page
Delete the vendor
These actions apply to the vendor entity itself, not to individual contracts.
