The Vendor status can be INACTIVE or ACTIVE.

  • As default once the vendor is created

  • He has no Active contracts linked to him

  • If at least one contract linked to him is Active

Status Updating

Every day at GMT 00h , the system check the status of vendors and update them automatically based on the states of contracts linked to them.

  • If a vendor is INACTIVE and at least a contract became ACTIVE. The vendor became automatically ACTIVE.

  • If a vendor is ACTIVE and contracts linked to him became EXPIRED. The vendor became automatically INACTIVE.
