I can’t access the app
Make sure you have been assigned the Vendor Administrator role by a Jira System Administrator.
Why is my vendor inactive?
A vendor is inactive when it has no active contracts.
Why is my contract expired?
A contract becomes expired automatically when its end date is earlier than the current date.
