Administration Guide
The "Save as Draft" plugin requires specific Jira Administrator access rights to perform actions on behalf of your customers (such as saving draft data into the system).
To ensure these actions are performed securely and reliably, the plugin operates using a designated Technical User. This user serves as the necessary actor to execute the database operations required to save and retrieve customer drafts.
Default Behavior: By default, the plugin automatically selects the first user with sufficient administrator privileges to act as the Technical User.
Configuration: A Jira Administrator can change this default setting by selecting an alternative user, provided the chosen user has the necessary permissions to manage data within the targeted service projects.
